Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstract submission is only possible via Internet.
Please read the following preparation guidelines carefully!

Deadline for submission of abstracts is February 21, 2009

Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.

Abstracts can only be accepted using the template (download template) that you can upload to our server via the online submission form provided, abstracts submitted by fax or e-mail will not be accepted .Please make sure to save your abstract using the format WORD 1997-2003, documents from Office 2007 (docx) cannot be accepted for the time being).

Abstracts must contain original material neither published nor presented elsewhere prior to May 21, 2009

Abstracts should be informative, containing objectives, methods, results and a conclusion. Just the promise of further discussion is not acceptable.

Abstracts may not be longer than 2500 characters (including spaces but excluding title and authors).

Use only standard abbreviations and write these out in full when using them for the first time. Avoid defining in the title.

No special formatting is permitted (underlined, bold, italics, sub or superscript). Avoid complex mathematical formulae, Greek letters and other symbols not contained in the English ASCII character set. These are unable to be correctly presented in the internet HTML language.

Tables, charts and other graphics are permitted and must be converted to jpg or gif format and have to be pasted into the fields provided in the form (max 2 graphics, maximum file size for entire submission is not to exceed 512 kb)
10 After having submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with your reference number (Abstract-ID).
11 Should you wish to make corrections to an abstract already submitted please email us with your Abstract ID and we will delete the old one. You then can submit your new and corrected Abstract. Corrections to abstracts can only be
made up to the deadline.

3 Viabilitye
4 Heart Failure
5 Myocardial metabolism
6 MRA and coronary MRA
7 Congenital
8Valvular
9 Interventional
10 Others

Notification
Abstracts are subject to approval by the Organising Committee. Authors will be able to look up acceptance of their papers on this website after March 9, 2009.
Poster exhibition
Instructions for the preparation of posters will be available on this website after acceptance. Posters will be on display during the meeting from Friday to Saturday. The poster presentations will take place on Friday and Saturday. Authors must be present during poster viewing.
